SoftIQ, a software company headquartered in Poland, faced significant challenges helping construction firms analyze public sector tenders. Their clients struggled with an inefficient, keyword-based process for identifying relevant tenders and spent hours or even days manually processing lengthy, non-standardized documents. To solve this, SoftIQ used LlamaIndex to build an agentic solution for tender analysis.
Using LlamaIndex, SoftIQ developed the Przetargi.io SaaS application. The solution leveraged LlamaIndex's advanced document ingestion and workflows to automate report generation and risk assessment. The results were transformative: client analysis time fell to less than 10 minutes per tender on average, and one client increased its capacity from 3 to 20-30 tenders per employee daily. LlamaIndex's tools also saved SoftIQ an estimated two months of development time.
