Heineken Malaysia launches Drinkies across 190+ countries with Lizard Global

Heineken Malaysia, a subsidiary of the global brewer, faced the challenge of consumers running out of drinks at social gatherings with no convenient way to restock without leaving the party. Partnering with vendor Lizard Global, they used design thinking and development services to conceptualize a digital solution for this on-demand delivery problem.

Lizard Global developed the Drinkies app, a platform enabling users in Malaysia to order beer, wine, liquor, and snacks for instant or planned delivery, featuring secure in-app payments and GPS tracking. The solution supported Heineken Malaysia's broader goals, which include advancing environmental sustainability, empowering local communities, and promoting responsible consumption as part of its Brew a Better World strategy.
