Aposto, a company focused on improving event staff onboarding and training, faced the challenge of ensuring temporary employees were properly briefed and retained key safety and event information. Lizard Global developed a mobile and web event staff scheduling and management platform to address this need.

Lizard Global's solution provided a gamified application for employees to learn essential information and give real-time feedback, alongside a desktop platform for managers to track staff knowledge. This resulted in improved event staff training, real-time knowledge tracking for managers, and enhanced employee engagement through interactive features. The impactful project was recognized with a Best Sports App award.
