To run its Cybersecurity Awareness Month (CSAM) activities Rubrick partnered with Living Security, using Living Security’s interactive CSAM program — including CyberEscape sessions, gamified leaderboards, and Family First workshops — to create customized, memorable learning aligned with Rubrick’s culture of innovation.

Living Security delivered a tailored mix of gamification, positive reinforcement, and in‑the‑moment interactive learning that engaged engineers and non‑technical staff differently but effectively, driving higher participation, executive involvement, and lively, practical security conversations (e.g., about password managers). The result was measurable cultural impact: increased engagement and a clear shift in security awareness that helped kick off a new chapter in Rubrick’s security education and improve its overall security posture.
