To achieve this, EAB piloted Living Security’s Unify Insights to get timely, correlated data on risky behaviors across people, roles, and business units.

Living Security’s Unify Insights centralized data that had previously required manual pulls from systems like Workday and Microsoft O365, giving EAB clear visibility into who was being targeted by phishing and where gaps existed. With Unify, EAB shifted from Security Awareness and Training to a Human Risk Management approach—spending more time coaching users, moderating processes, and maintaining a lower risk posture through faster, data-driven interventions.
