T-Mobile - Customer Case Study

The customer, T-Mobile, sought a novel way to break through advertising noise and promote its new Fave 5 service plans. The challenge was to engage consumers directly with an interactive, street-level campaign at malls and NBA arenas. Livewire Digital was engaged to create a custom solution for this promotion.

Livewire Digital developed a networked system of interactive kiosks integrated with a central controller and digital signage. Their software, built on the Microsoft .NET Framework, allowed participants to enter their information, choose avatars, and compete in a basketball-themed game. The campaign was a major success, achieving its planned marketing ROI with 30,690 games played at 32 locations and the promotion being viewed by over 1.1 million people.
