The confidential client, a Las Vegas venue offering thrill rides, restaurants, and nightlife, sought to reduce cashier staffing and expedite its customer admission process. To address this challenge, the client worked with vendor Livewire to implement an automated self-service ticketing solution built on the vendor's award-winning kiosk technology.

Livewire implemented a turnkey solution featuring industrial-grade kiosks that allow guests to purchase admission and ride tickets using cash or credit cards, with the kiosk dispensing any necessary change. A critical component was the development of a custom interface to work within the client's existing Agilysys Showgate system. The solution successfully reduced labor costs for the client, expedited the customer experience, and provided real-time reporting on purchases and trends, with plans to expand the system for selling show and event tickets.
