The MGM Grand at Foxwoods sought to enhance guest comfort and convenience by reducing long wait times during hotel check-in and check-out processes at its new property. To address this challenge, they partnered with vendor Livewire Digital to develop a self-service kiosk solution.

Livewire implemented a custom kiosk application that interfaced with the hotel’s Property Management System, allowing guests to check in, check out, and check room status. The solution, which included keycard dispensing and payment processing, successfully reduced line wait times, provided a convenient service for late arrivals, and improved overall customer service for the MGM Grand.
