Foxwoods Resort Casino, the world's largest casino, faced a challenge with its outdated wooden kiosks, which offered limited functionality and forced guests to wait in long lines at service desks to manage their Wampum Rewards accounts. They engaged vendor Livewire to develop an integrated self-service solution that would modernize the hardware and provide patrons with more convenient access to these services.

Livewire implemented its Enterprise Server Platform and developed a custom .NET application, creating 36 modern kiosks integrated with the casino's backend systems. The solution allowed guests to independently check point balances, redeem rewards, and enter promotions, significantly improving customer service. For management, Livewire’s web-based administration tools empowered the promotions team to deploy new sweepstakes without IT assistance, resulting in substantial time and cost savings while eliminating the need for risky monthly application updates.
