Aces Oasis, operating as Golfing Solutions, had a concept to create an automated competition and prize system for par 3 golf holes. Their challenge was finding a technology partner with expertise in real-time transactional systems to develop a kiosk that could process payments, interface with video recording and vending systems, dispense tickets, and track everything for complex game payouts and management.

The vendor, Livewire Digital, implemented a solution using its Self-Service Network Framework and Ticket Engine. This integrated system managed cash and credit transactions, video capture, and vending machine interfaces. After a successful pilot, Livewire helped expand the solution with a smaller kiosk design and a stored value card program. The result was a fully automated and scalable system that gave Aces Oasis the ability to centrally manage all games and transactions in real-time.
