Infoshare, the largest technology conference in Central and Eastern Europe, faced a major challenge in 2020 when the pandemic forced it to move its six-day event fully online. To preserve the conference experience, including talks, expo access, and networking, Infoshare needed a flexible, unified platform that could integrate with its existing registration, ticketing, and matchmaking systems. LiveWebinar provided the streaming and webinar infrastructure used to power the virtual conference.

LiveWebinar implemented an embedded platform with API-based integration, dedicated rooms for stages, stands, and workshops, external live streaming, and dynamic matchmaking features. The result was a highly stable online event with 7,542 registered attendees from 71 countries, 191 speakers across 9 stages, 319 webinars and workshops, 8,300 recorded minutes of talks, and 677 startups joining the Startup Contest. LiveWebinar helped Infoshare deliver a comprehensive digital conference experience and expand its reach worldwide.
