The City of Aurora in Illinois sought to enhance community engagement after the success of their remote public meetings. Their challenge was to upgrade a nearly 100-year-old council chamber and an offsite studio for professional live production and broadcasting to ACTV and social media platforms. LiveU's reseller partner, Key Code Media, provided the equipment design and integration services to address this.

The solution involved moving the production hub on-site and integrating the LiveU EcoSystem for remote production. This setup, which included a LiveU encoder for sending live feeds and a VizRT TriCaster, streamlined operations for covering events like city addresses and parades. The use of LiveU technology allowed the City of Aurora to achieve professional-quality broadcasts that better engage the community across multiple platforms.
