The UK Ministry of Defence needed a secure way to connect multiple stakeholders, business support teams, and operational units across the country. Its digital environment was outdated and fragmented, with information scattered across teams and partner networks, making it difficult to share sensitive data efficiently. LiveTiles provided the no-code LiveTiles Design platform to help address these challenges.

Using LiveTiles Design on SharePoint, the MoD built Nexus, a custom-branded communications portal and online community in just four weeks. LiveTiles helped integrate applications, resources, news, events, and discussions into one secure dashboard, improving collaboration, reducing silos, and supporting operational continuity and security for sensitive information.
