Cognition Education Group, a New Zealand education consultancy and learning services provider, was struggling with an outdated, hard-to-manage intranet that staff across multiple offices and brands had stopped using. With content buried in “files and folders,” the company needed a better way to engage employees and consolidate information in one place.
