Nordic Bank Group builds live video meeting rooms with LiveSwitch Server

Nordic Bank Group, a Nordic bank group serving over 250,000 banking clients and 120,000 insurance clients across 81 offices, needed a way to reach customers outside urban centers with a more personal service experience. Its existing offices were concentrated in cities, and its Skype for Business setup could not support the user authentication, mobile access, integration, and on-premise requirements it needed.

Using LiveSwitch Server, Nordic Bank Group built a secure live video meeting platform for iOS, Android, and web browsers with digital signing, screen sharing, file transfer, and multi-party meeting support. LiveSwitch enabled the bank to launch the platform in 2019, reduce travel needs, improve customer satisfaction and retention, and allow representatives to host meetings lasting 15 to 120 minutes with up to 5 clients at a time while keeping data hosted on-premise for GDPR compliance.
