A Livestorm Case Study
Workable, a leading recruiting software used by more than 20,000 companies, faced growing pains as it scaled into enterprise markets: its Customer Education team was spending 15–20 hours weekly on repetitive one-on-one training, and Zoom’s landing pages, engagement tools, and analytics didn’t meet their needs. To build a scalable, branded training program with better engagement and measurable impact, Workable adopted the Livestorm video engagement platform.
Using Livestorm, Workable automated on-demand events, embedded the Livestorm widget in its Help Center and in-app messages, and collected feedback via sidebar surveys and customizable emails. Livestorm’s automation opened three additional time zones (adding ~30–50 EU registrants every two weeks), let Workable increase sessions from 15 to about 32 per week (a 113% increase), freed internal time for content and support, and contributed to Workable’s Customer Service Department of the Year recognition.
