Untapped New York, a NYC-based media startup that runs tours and an "Insiders" members program, had to pivot to virtual experiences when COVID-19 halted in-person events. The platform’s chat and emoji features boosted interaction and helped lift live attendance from 77/105 on Zoom to 142/189 on Livestorm (an 84% increase), while simplifying presenter onboarding to a ~15‑minute tech check. Livestorm’s solution produced smoother events, happier customers, and a larger global audience.
