Choozle, a self-serve marketing technology platform, needed to target small- and medium-sized media agencies and reach decision makers more efficiently after IP-based targeting produced inefficient CPMs. To solve this, Choozle engaged LiveRamp and used LiveRamp B2B third‑party audiences to find a better way to identify and reach the right buyers.

LiveRamp B2B built custom audiences using third‑party B2B data (including Bombora), modeling firmographics like SIC/NAICS codes and filtering for decision‑maker roles, then delivered the audience to Choozle’s distribution platform within 48 hours and refined targeting with sub‑SIC attributes. The LiveRamp solution produced a 44% increase in CTR, a 59% decrease in CPA, a 41% increase in conversions (MQLs) and a 497:1 return on ad spend.
