Finish Line, an American retail chain selling footwear and apparel across 1,100 stores and online, needed to re-engage high-value customers who purchased both online and in-store and to boost online and in-store sales while improving cost efficiency, CTR, and conversion volume. To solve this, Finish Line partnered with LiveRamp and used Data Append for Customer Match.
LiveRamp implemented Data Append for Customer Match across Finish Line’s paid search and shopping campaigns to identify Customer Match segments of users who transacted online and in store and to expand reach; Finish Line now plans to roll the solution out across all accounts, including YouTube. The LiveRamp solution delivered measurable impact: 2X increase in match rates, a 235% increase in CTR, and 70% higher ROAS.
