Chartboost, a leading in-app monetization platform for mobile games, wanted to increase publisher revenue by making inventory more valuable to marketers using first-party data strategies. To address the challenge of authenticated inventory and cookie deprecation, Chartboost turned to LiveRamp and its RampID solution to help connect publishers to the authenticated ecosystem.
LiveRamp integrated RampID into Chartboost’s platform so publishers could transact on a durable, privacy-centric identifier and use exposure logs for person-based measurement. The results were strong: bid rates increased by more than 120% across all ad formats, and publisher eCPMs rose by more than 145%, driving significant incremental revenue for Chartboost’s partners.
