Theme Dragon, co-founded by Lindsay Nelson, began as a company creating customizable animated marketing videos and later pivoted toward a SaaS analytics product called StatDragon. As the business evolved, the team needed a practical way to manage ongoing planning, align on strategy, and work through a major pivot, which led them to use LivePlan.

LivePlan gave Theme Dragon an immediate framework for business planning that the co-founders could use collaboratively to discuss goals, edits, and next steps. According to Theme Dragon, LivePlan supported both high-level and day-to-day planning during the startup’s transition, helping them navigate customer validation and launch the StatDragon beta in about 9 weeks after the new co-founder joined.
