Elk Horn Brewery - Customer Case Study

Elk Horn Brewery, founded by Colleen and Stephen Sheehan, grew out of their successful Delacata food cart and faced the challenge of turning a small startup into a full-scale brewpub. As they planned the move into Eugene’s craft beer market, they needed help building a solid business plan, securing financing, and proving the concept of the brewery. LivePlan, through Palo Alto Software, gave them the software and support they used to shape that plan.

With LivePlan, the Sheehans developed a detailed business plan that helped them win over lenders, investors, and property owners, ultimately opening Elk Horn Brewery in a former Carl’s Jr. location. The result was a successful launch and rapid recognition, including Eugene Weekly’s “Best New Restaurant” award, along with a growing business that now employs 30+ people. LivePlan helped turn their vision into a viable, fundable expansion plan.
