Liventus developed a responsive customer portal, named the Home Safe portal, which allowed reverse mortgage customers to review their loan balance, status, and withdraw funds from any device. The solution also included integration with Total Expert CRM and an account library for uploading estate information. As a result of Liventus's work, FAR increased employee efficiency and enhanced the overall customer experience.
