LiveIntent helped Kraft, a major food company, to improve its email newsletter monetization without disrupting the subscriber experience. The challenge was to increase revenue from its many brand newsletters, including Betty Crocker and Pillsbury.

The solution involved LiveIntent reviewing the newsletter layout and placing a new, high-value multi-size ad unit above-the-fold. This premium placement justified a higher CPM floor and was made collapsible to only serve high-value bids. After a successful test showed no impact on subscriptions, Kraft expanded the solution.
