Stella & Dot, the San Francisco-based social selling company behind boutique jewelry and accessories brands including KEEP Collective, wanted a more creative way to promote its KEEP Designer program and new KEEP Collective jewelry line while improving email performance. The company needed to combine product promotion and program messaging in a single campaign and personalize imagery for each recipient. Using LiveClicker’s LiveImages, Stella & Dot personalized hero and secondary email images with each subscriber’s first name in a custom font, adding contextual relevance to the creative. The results were strong: click-through activity doubled in the hero image section, and personalized secondary images boosted engagement by 50% versus static images.
