Kabam Raises Click-to-Open Rate 118%

Kabam, the mobile game developer behind Marvel Contest of Champions, wanted to increase game and new character usage through email campaigns while continually testing and improving its templates. To solve this, the company turned to LiveClicker and its email tools, including LiveImage and LiveVideo, to make campaigns more engaging for its smartphone-heavy audience.

With LiveClicker integrated into its Character Release emails, Kabam used animated images and video to showcase new characters and gameplay. The result was a 14.5% lift in click-to-open rate from LiveImage versus static content and an overall 118% rise in click-to-open rates from September 2015 to October 2015, showing that LiveClicker helped drive significantly higher email engagement.
