Evine Improves Customer Experience with LiveTracker

Evine, a digital retailer serving millions of customers through TV, online, mobile, and social channels, wanted to improve the post-purchase experience by helping shoppers track shipments directly from email. To do this, Evine worked with LiveClicker and its RealTime Email LiveTracker feature to add real-time shipping updates into transactional email templates and reduce the need for customers to visit external tracking sites.

LiveClicker implemented LiveTracker so shipping information refreshed in the inbox at every open until delivery, making package updates easier to access and helping reduce shipping-related call center requests. The results were strong: Evine saw an 11% year-over-year improvement in transactional email open rates, a 16% month-over-month increase in click-to-open rates, and LiveTracker accounted for 48% of unique clicks and 59% of total campaign clicks.
