Amplify Credit Union Ramps Consumer Engagement with LiveReveal

Amplify Credit Union, an Austin-based member-owned financial cooperative, wanted to boost awareness and foot traffic for a new branch while collecting more opt-ins for future promotions. To do this, it worked with LiveClicker and used the LiveReveal product to add interactive, mobile-enabled marketing to its campaign.

LiveClicker embedded scratch-to-reveal prize experiences in text and email promotions sent to more than 57,000 members and prospects, creating a bridge between digital engagement and in-branch visits. The campaign generated nearly 300 prize reservations with a 30% immediate redemption rate, drove 84 attributed visits to the new location, and marked Amplify’s first integration of the mobile channel into promotional efforts.
