LiveAction implemented a solution using its Omnipliance network monitoring appliance for real-time analysis and packet capture, along with a cluster of Omnipliance Micro appliances to form an ELK database. This provided Meralco with fast, easy access to network analytics and enabled long-term reporting and trending. The solution allowed the IT team to quickly resolve billing inquiries by searching for specific customer payment metadata without compromising security. As a result, Meralco gained the ability to store and retrieve a full year's worth of network trending data, with a scalable solution that offers superior load balancing and performance.
