PNT Marketing Services, an award-winning provider of marketing and analytic services, needed a way to quickly build and deploy predictive models to improve email and online marketing campaigns for its clients. To meet this challenge, PNT turned to Lityx and its LityxIQ platform, which offered a business-user-friendly way to create accurate predictive models without statistical programming.

Using LityxIQ and PredictIQ, PNT built and refreshed multiple models for different client segments and prospect behaviors, supported by a data warehouse containing email engagement, conversion, and call center data. Lityx helped PNT achieve a 116% increase in click-through rate, a 57% increase in click-to-lead rate, fast deployment of more than a dozen predictive models by non-statisticians, and weekly scoring of over 5 million records for email campaigns.
