Partnership With Native Americans (PWNA) is a nonprofit organization serving Native Americans on remote, isolated, and impoverished reservations through material aid, educational support, and community-based services. As PWNA expanded its fundraising across eight brands, its appeal strategy was brand-centric rather than member-centric, creating gaps in member-level insight and limiting the effectiveness of its direct mail fundraising efforts. Lityx was brought in to help improve fundraising performance and net revenue.

Lityx partnered with PWNA’s marketing team and Concord Direct to analyze donor behavior across all brands and build predictive models focused on net revenue. By scoring members using 115 variables, Lityx helped PWNA better segment audiences, prioritize mailings, reduce mail volume, and deliver more personalized brand-specific messages. The result was a more efficient direct mail program that successfully increased net revenue.
