DiamondStream, working with Lityx, helped a leading U.S. casino property owner improve the efficiency and profitability of its acquisition and retention programs. The challenge was to make better use of player and transactional data to predict customer value more accurately, improve acquisition rates, and optimize offers for new and returning players.

Lityx used PredictIQ and predictive analytics models built on loyalty card and Global Cash Access data to forecast player value, visit frequency, loyalty, and response propensity, then applied offer optimization to tailor incentives by patron value. The results included a 43% improvement in future prospect value prediction accuracy, a more than 20% increase in campaign response rates, and an estimated 300% or greater improvement in profitability from offer optimization.
