Raven Housing Trust, a social housing provider in Redhill, Surrey, needed a more scalable and user-friendly way to support its growing workforce. After managing IT services in-house, the team was stretched by time-consuming recruitment and training demands, limited resources, and the risk of service gaps when staff were absent. Raven initially engaged Littlefish for cyber security services and then looked to Littlefish’s managed IT service desk to improve day-to-day support for users.
Littlefish implemented its pod-based service desk model, giving Raven access to a dedicated team with 2nd line support at first contact, plus tools like Teams chat, Littlefish Live, and Littlefish Lens to speed up issue resolution for office and remote workers. The partnership helped Raven improve user experience, gain peace of mind, and reduce pressure on internal IT staff, while Net Promoter Score measurements showed satisfaction was continually increasing. Raven also expanded the relationship with Littlefish into further cyber security support, including vCISO services.
