UK Parliament needed extra support for its internal ICT function to handle peak demand from around 8,500 users across the House of Commons, House of Lords, and parliamentary administration staff. Littlefish provided Managed IT Services as a direct overflow extension to the Parliamentary Digital Service’s IT Service Desk.

Littlefish delivered the service from its Rochdale Service Centre, supporting front-line IT requests and shadowing the PDS team during transition to transfer knowledge. The scalable service was designed to improve access to IT support and provide a quicker, more consistent experience for staff across Parliament.
