A Littlefish Case Study

Preview of the mhs homes group Case Study

How Littlefish worked with mhs homes group to implement a robust cyber security strategy along with other innovative services

mhs homes group, one of the UK’s largest independent social landlords, needed to strengthen its cyber security posture as working patterns shifted rapidly during and after COVID-19. With more employees working remotely and using new connected devices, the organisation faced added pressure around remote access, threat monitoring, and protecting sensitive systems and data. Littlefish partnered with mhs homes group to assess its security readiness through a tabletop exercise and a range of cyber security services.

Littlefish delivered social engineering and external infrastructure penetration testing, alongside internal vulnerability testing and a build review to assess device configuration and hardening. These findings helped Littlefish and mhs homes group quickly prioritise and remediate vulnerabilities, create an agreed remediation plan, and improve inter-department communication and business continuity planning in the event of a critical incident.
