A Littlefish Case Study
Croydon Council, London’s largest borough by households and employer of more than 10,500 people, wanted to transform its IT around the needs of users. As part of its Croydon Digital Service initiative, the council sought to move away from inflexible, costly technology and improve the way its systems and services supported staff, with Littlefish providing Service Desk and End User Compute services.
Littlefish implemented a service model focused on putting users at the centre, improving the IT experience, and helping “fix the plumbing” by creating more joined-up, reliable support. The partnership was designed to improve first-time fix, customer satisfaction, and overall service performance, while also supporting productivity, employee well-being, and cost efficiency for Croydon Council.
