Community Health Partnerships transforms IT infrastructure with Littlefish cloud solution

Community Health Partnerships (CHP), owned by the Department for Health, needed to transform its IT infrastructure as it expanded from a small, dispersed team into the head tenant responsible for managing the £2.5bn NHS LIFT estate. With no internal IT department and a requirement for everything to move to the cloud, CHP turned to Littlefish for a scalable managed IT services partner, including Service Desk support, infrastructure management, and Microsoft Azure-hosted services.

Littlefish recreated CHP’s estate from scratch, implementing Microsoft Azure for file serving and service hosting and Microsoft Office 365 for user productivity, alongside a dedicated Service Desk “pod” and selective on-site support. The new environment delivered a more robust, scalable setup, immediate cost savings, improved user functionality, and a 24/7 support model that could flex with demand, helping CHP support growth and ongoing estate management more effectively.
