Turtle Bay B&B in Byron Bay offers authentic beachside accommodation with four bedrooms and a relaxed, local feel, but owner Jen de Greenlaw needed to appear more professional to guests. The result was increased bookings and revenue, reduced administration time, centralized information, easier guest vetting and pricing, and a more professional public image — all at an affordable cost for the small B&B.
