Turtle Bay B&B in Byron Bay offers authentic beachside accommodation with four bedrooms and a relaxed, local feel, but owner Jen de Greenlaw needed to appear more professional to guests. She faced operational challenges including no integrated credit-card system, the need to vet guests, a pricing calculator (including a 5% returning-guest discount), and a single place to manage bookings, administration and financials.

Jen implemented Little Hotelier’s online booking engine, Front Desk System and Stripe payments, with straightforward setup, training support and Facebook integration. The result was increased bookings and revenue, reduced administration time, centralized information, easier guest vetting and pricing, and a more professional public image — all at an affordable cost for the small B&B.
