Uma Kalai, a small boutique retreat in Sayan near Ubud, needed a better way to manage and sell its six rooms without relying on manual processes. The result was smoother day-to-day operations, better visibility into international guest trends, and more bookings through promotions, with Demand Plus generating 1–2 extra bookings for every 10 total.
