A Little Hotelier Case Study
Na Tanao 1969 is a small hometel in Ayutthaya’s old city area that wanted to turn a family home into a welcoming accommodation business, but initially struggled with manual booking tracking, coordination, and the risk of overbooking. As the owners grew the property to four rooms, they needed a better way to manage operations and attract guests, so they turned to Little Hotelier and its hotel management tools.
Little Hotelier implemented a channel manager, booking engine, and reporting tools to automate room distribution across more than 10 OTAs, support direct bookings, and provide real-time pricing insights. As a result, Na Tanao 1969 eliminated overlapping and double bookings, saved time on back-office tasks, and increased visibility, with more than 80% of guests now coming from overseas OTAs and the remaining 20% booking directly or via social media.
