Guesthouse Sternen, a long-established guesthouse in Germany’s Black Forest, wanted to modernize its operations after a major renovation and move away from time-consuming manual reservation tracking. Before Little Hotelier, owners Alexandra and Michael Wofford managed bookings by hand, which made it difficult to keep everything organized and raised concerns about accidental double bookings.

Little Hotelier implemented a digital reservation system with a PMS and channel manager, connecting the guesthouse’s website and OTAs into one centralized setup. As a result, 100% of reservations are now digital, bookings and guest data are automatically synced, and the owners save significant time while avoiding overbookings. Little Hotelier also helped expand online distribution and support a new website, with the guesthouse expecting further booking growth and broader market reach.
