The Women and Girls’ Fund taps into LGL’s integrated data management and communications solution

Little Green Light worked with the Women and Girls’ Fund (WGF), which needed an efficient way to send event invitations and track attendance while keeping all constituent information in one database. Previously, volunteers lacked easy access to donor, attendee, and committee data because those records were held by the parent organization.

WGF created events in LGL, embedded a Wufoo RSVP form in MailChimp invitations, and synced form responses back to LGL. This workflow let them see who was invited, who RSVPed, and who didn’t respond, generate quick event reports, and give volunteers direct access to data for better analysis and future event planning.
