CivicConnect needed to audit the accessibility of more than 35 websites, which required comprehensive reporting and analysis of errors to guide numerous content, design, and development teams. To meet this challenge, they turned to Little Forest and its Index tool for a solution.

The Little Forest Index tool automatically scanned CivicConnect's websites, exporting detailed accessibility issues with guidance on how to fix them. This enabled the creation of high-level visual reports and detailed spreadsheets. The tool also flagged code requiring manual review, providing crucial next steps for the web teams. Throughout the project, Little Forest customized their dashboards to fit evolving needs, with the client praising the team for their exceptional service that went above and beyond.
