The customer, MySquire, is a marketplace application designed to connect travelers with local service providers. Their challenge was that frequent business travelers struggled to instantly find and hire professional guides, interpreters, or shopping assistants in foreign countries on short notice. They engaged the vendor, LITSLINK, for custom software development to create a solution that would address this urgent need.

LITSLINK developed two integrated products: a web platform for service providers to offer their services and a cross-platform mobile app for travelers. The app uses geolocation to display available guides on a map and enables communication via chat, audio, or video call. The vendor successfully implemented an MVP in a very short timeframe, and the product was in closed beta testing with a public launch planned for the near future.
