Flaredown, a chronic illness tracking web and mobile app, partnered with LITSLINK to help build a healthcare solution that would make it easier for users to monitor symptoms and identify triggers of their conditions. The challenge was to create a tool that was simple and efficient to use, included interactive social features, presented data clearly for users and physicians, and complied with health tech security standards.

LITSLINK assembled a team to develop a multi-platform product for web, iOS, and Android with daily check-ins, condition and treatment tracking, visual data comparisons, community features, and data export capabilities. The result was a growing app with over 7,000 active users and monthly growth of 10–15%, and the project was also featured by the Forbes Technology Council as one of 7 health technologies to watch.
