Gridwise Alliance launches a Smart Grid task force with Litos Strategic Communication

The Gridwise Alliance, a "Smart Grid" association, faced the challenge of uniting a wide variety of stakeholders around the promise of modernizing the electrical grid. They partnered with vendor Litos Strategic Communication to create a strategic marketing plan to advance this "Smart Grid" initiative.

Litos Strategic Communication conducted rigorous research and interviews to produce a comprehensive strategic marketing plan, which they delivered to a plenary session of the Alliance. As a result, the U.S. Department of Energy created a task force to advance the initiative. Litos also produced "The Smart Grid: An Introduction" for the DOE to delineate the challenges and opportunities of a modernized grid.
