New Look drives increase of in store traffic through personalized, location-based email campaigns

New Look wanted to drive more in-store traffic for promotions and new store openings by sending personalized emails based on each recipient’s location. To do this, New Look used Litmus, specifically Litmus Personalize powered by Kickdynamic, to make local store information more relevant and actionable in email campaigns.

Litmus implemented location-based personalization with a map showing the nearest stores pinned to each customer’s location, along with personalized directions to the closest store. The results included a 2.24% CTR on in-store exclusive offer emails, and the “Locate now” CTA generated 0.27% of total clicks, helping New Look increase footfall through more targeted campaigns.
