World Travel Holdings Gains Employee Buy-in With Litmos

World Travel Holdings, the world’s largest cruise agency with more than 40 leisure travel brands and offices across the U.S. East Coast and Chorley, UK, needed a better way to deliver internal and franchise training through World Travel Holdings University (WTHU). Their legacy LMS was cumbersome, didn’t scale with company growth, and made it difficult to get product, policy, and process training to franchise employees.

WTHU selected Litmos for its intuitive interface, fast deployment, SSO capability and reporting features, rolling out the system progressively across functions and franchises in just two months. Since launch nearly 1,000 courses have been added, 100% of WTH employees have logged in (up from 45%), and course completions continue to increase month over month.
