A Litmos Case Study
The National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) is a global nonprofit representing the hardwood flooring supply chain across 40+ countries. Training is central to its mission—reducing callbacks and strengthening the industry—but the organization faced the challenge of moving a traditionally hands‑on audience to online learning while coordinating multiple associations and keeping costs manageable.
NWFA launched NWFA University on SAP Litmos as a subscription-based platform, giving about 10,000 users at roughly 800–810 companies access to a la carte courses, certification and continuing education. The user‑friendly, cost‑effective solution drove strong engagement—81,200+ course completions since 2016, daily completions rising from ~30 to ~50 and peaking at ~100 during COVID—and NWFA plans to expand into soft skills, consumer training and hybrid events.
