The Climate Corporation provides farmers with software, hardware and insurance products via its Climate Technology Platform, including the advanced Climate Pro offering. As the company scaled, it needed a way to move a lengthy 3–4 month instructor-led dealer training online so dealers could access materials on demand; key requirements were Salesforce integration, easy certification tracking within Salesforce, and a turnkey, user-friendly solution.
The company selected Litmos for its attractive UI and tight Salesforce integration, enabling the sales team to assign and manage training across 1,600 dealers. Litmos was customized to sync contact records and transfer data between systems, rolled out courseware to all dealers, and gave sales teams comprehensive reporting in Salesforce—while online courses now supplement in-person training to improve access and retention.
